From 2018 – 2025, Andrew purchased, remodeled and sold over 110 single family homes in Arizona. After beginning with a single asset, Andrew quickly scaled to remodeling 8-10 homes at a time, raising investor equity and managing dozens of subcontractors. In total, these investments total over $100 Million dollars in purchase and sale consideration.
In 2025, Andrew started Launch Development Group with partners, Joe Compagno and Paul Turcotte. Since inception, Launch has purchased over 15 retail properties for redevelopment and continued Andrew's success in the residential redevelopment market. Launch has quickly become a market leader in the Phoenix development space.
